Directions

Flossing instructions: hold handle; guide floss between teeth using a gentle back-and-forth motion. Move floss up and down against tooth to remove plaque and food above and below the gumline. Rinse floss as necessary (repeat for each tooth). Pick instructions: Placetip of pick betwen teeth at the gumline. Use a gentle in and out motion to remove plaque and food particles and stimulate gums. Rinse as necessary.
